met at a church in South Central Los Angeles. They began recording and performing,

occasionally together before advancing in other areas in life.

Each continued in faith, life pursuits, and creative endeavors.

In 2018, GFS Forever, registered as a nonprofit organization; they reconnected,

recording and releasing new EPs into the present.

There in Los Angeles, he began developing his beat-box, DJ and rhyme skills. In hopes of creating a Christian Rap project. He met a talented associate and friend “Click-Tha-Supah-Latin” in ’91, and

Mark Santiago (MARKSKI)

Began his various Hip-Hop pursuits as a very young Bronx, N.Y. B-boy
during the latter 70’s. His move to L.A., still as a youth in the early 80’s, coincides with the pioneer
days of L.A. Hip Hop, wherein he forcefully exhibited graffiti art, street dancing, and trailblazing
emceeing. In time, these unrelenting personal passions led to professional successes as a freelance
artist; being sought out in ’89 as a lyricist for Kid Frost’s Hispanic Causing Panic album on Virgin
Records; being signed as a Virgin Records recording artist on the Latin Alliance album; and a
lyricist for the Barrio Boyzz, SBK Records His ’89 conversion in Christ caused some sharp right turns, including his walking away from a
record deal offer from Death Row Records and Dr. Dre in ’92. Today, Markski is a family man,
civil servant, ordained pastor, graff artist, art philosophy author, and continues to emcee.
